This footage was taken today at Srednyaya Bay. The whale jail is empty, the nets in the enclosures are pulled up, there’s hardly any people on the premises. A year ago at this time there were 11 orcas and 90 beluga whales. Later we found out that Kirill the orca and 3 belugas were missing… ⠀ All winter last year we were worried about the remaining orcas and belugas. They survived. The whole country and the world stood up for the whales and we managed to get them released. ⠀ The second minute of the video shows footage from last year. Seeing footage of an empty whale jail and knowing that each of us was involved to make it happen is just priceless. To realize that right now they don’t keep poor baby whales and dolphins – that’s true happiness. Knowing that our babies are back where they belong truly warms our hearts. ⠀ Many didn’t believe that ordinary people could get orcas and belugas released. But we did! Never listen to those who say that your voice does not matter! Yes, it matters! Each of us can change the world! The main thing is not to remain indifferent. Ru|En Китовая тюрьма пуста ⠀Эти кадры были сняты сегодня в бухте Средняя. Китовая тюрьма пуста, сети в вольерах подняты, людей на территории почти нет. Ещё год назад в это время здесь было 11 косаток и 90 белух. Позже мы узнали, что косатка Кирилл и 3 белушонка пропали…⠀Всю зиму прошлого года мы с вами переживали за оставшихся косаток и белух. Они выжили. Вся страна встала на защиту китов и мы смогли добиться их выпуска.⠀На второй минуте видео – кадры прошлого года.
